3 Ball Juggling (Under Construction)
- One Ball: Practice throwing one ball in an arc from hand to hand. Try to make the peak of the arc just above eye level. Keep practicing until your throws stay in the same plane with your body and consistantly peak at about the same spot.
- Two Balls: Start with one ball in each hand. If you are right handed, your first throw will be from your right hand to your left hand, but when the first ball reaches the top of its arc, you then throw the second ball from your left hand to your right hand. If you are left handed, start with your left hand. Keep practicing with the first throw from your dominant hand, until the throws from each hand are consistant. Next, switch the starting hand and again practice making your throws consistant.
- Three Balls: Start with two balls in your dominant hand. Begin throwing from the hand with two balls.
