Matt Vance

My name is Matt Vance and I maintain MineZone.org. I live in Austin, Texas and work as a Web developer for St. Edward's University. On the side, I am also a freelance writer and technology consultant.

I have a long work history in technology and I recently completed an Individualized B.A. in Communication Systems Management. I'm especially interested in the overlap between computers and communication, including wikis, blogs, instant messaging, VOIP, podcasting, syndication, microformats, etc.

Besides all the buzzwords, I'm also interested in just about every form of information and entertainment. In my spare time I like to juggle, listen to music, watch movies, read, eat, travel, save and spend money, explore on the Internet, and other miscellaneous things.
