		<description>They did this in my hometown as well.  It&#039;s really bizarre.  Must be costing McD a fortune--all I can assume is that 1) the new buildings are somehow more fuel or energy efficient, or 2) they found a significant design flaw in the buildings which posed a hazard (asbestos?) because a cosmetic upgrade would not have required tearing down the entire structure.</description>
